Turner Media Limited is a New Zealand based company and as such all terms shall be judged in accordance with New Zealand laws. In accepting any product(s) or service(s) provided by the supplier you agree to these terms and all parties agree to be bound by the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

Our store is hosted on https://turnermedia.co.nz. 
Your data is stored on our data storage and databases, using a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
